Everyone selling is desperate and will take 30% off asking price.<br /><br />B. The press have written 'The Gain In Spain is Down The Drain'. Why does everyone believe what is written in the papers, these days?<br /><br />C. Don't believe a word that is spoken to them, only from people in bars?<br /><br />Lets be positive here... The market is quiet, there are more properties than buyers. But the peaks and troughs in the property market have been like the summer weather in the UK.
